Connecting your Meetz account to HubSpot is easy! Once Meetz connects to your HubSpot account Meetz will log all Meetz actions automatically inside of HubSpot to ensure you have consistency across the 2 platforms.
Go to the settings page (https://app.meetz.ai/settings)
Click on "Integrations"
Click on HubSpot + then "Integrate" when the popup opens (Continue below to see how to setup your integration
Setup your HubSpot account:
Dialer setup will allow you to map your call dispositions in Meetz to log correctly in HubSpot + Map team to say which account in Meetz is your account in HubSpot
Add leads from your HubSpot account:
Click on "Add Leads" + HubSpot "Add Leads"
Select which stage Meetz should search for contacts in, then click "Next"
Then map who's contacts should be pulled to who in Meetz
Note:
When you upload these prospects they will be marked as the "Lifecycle stage" of "Approaching" in your HubSpot account in order to ensure organization. If you add the "Lifecycle stage" of "Meetz" to your HubSpot account before uploading here so it will default to that stage instead.
We do the above to ensure you don't accidently reach out to them twice.
